Confidential Information Policy

During the course of business, we are privy to data or information considered confidential or proprietary of the clients. This information includes test results, origin of samples, and business relationship with clients, any procedures and processes that they conduct or investigate information about their business, our own laboratory procedures, and clients. All such information is kept strictly confidential and discussed only with those designated as technical contacts, purchasing agents for the particular project or with corporate officers for the client’s company. The information will not be discussed with anyone, even those within the client’s company not designated as a contact, without written permission from the client
